As described in the attached Case Statements, we fully support the cooperative effort to develop and implement Electronic Data Interchange through the use of SPEEDE and ExPRESS to send and receive student transcripts.  The use of this technology will enable schools and colleges/universities to more efficiently, effectively and securely transmit student data.
